Chapter 7. Idiorrhythmic Monasteries

Each idiorrhythmic monastery is governed internally by the Epitropi [an administrative committee] and the Synaxis of the Superiors.

Article 124

The Epitropi consists of two or three members and is elected at the be ginning of each year from amongst the members of the Synaxis of the Superiors by the members of the latter. It carries out the governance and administration of the monastery according to its internal regulation and Article 90, and executes the decisions of the Synaxis.

Article 125

The Synaxis of Superiors is a permanent body whose members are elected according to Article 108.
