At the proposal of our Council of Ministers, we have resolved and hereby decree:
Article 1
The attached Constitutional Charter of Mount Athos [herein CCMA or Constitutional Charter] of 10th May 1924 is hereby ratified –having been voted on in the Extraordinary Twofold Synaxis of the representatives of the twenty Holy Monasteries, and having been approved by the Ecumenical Patriarchate– insofar as it does not contravene the following provisions.
