The length of this prayer rope with tassel is 30 cm, the length of the thread is 36 cm; it consists of 33 wooden grains. A metal cross with a rayon tassel is woven into the prayer rope. The cross has an image of the Mother of God Athonitissa (the Protectress of the Holy Mountain). Inscription on the back of the cross: Κύριε Ιησού Χριστέ Ελέησον με (Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me).
