Hieromartyr Peter Snezhnitsky, presbyter

The Venerable New Martyr Peter Andreyevich Snezhnitsky was born in 1878. He served as a priest in the village of Bolshoye Trifonovskoye, in the Perm Province of the Russian Empire. In 1918, during the period of revolutionary unrest, he was executed by the Bolsheviks at Yegorshino Station.

On 17 July 2002, by decree of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church he was glorified as a saint.
