Presbyter
To the Holy Martyr Michael, born on May 11, 1869, in the town of Romanov-Borisoglebsk, Yaroslavl Province, in the family of deacon Pavel Belorossov, who graduated from the Yaroslavl Theological Seminary in 1890 and was ordained a priest in 1893. He served in the church of the village of Kardinskoye, and later in the Resurrection Church, where he served for more than twenty years, fulfilling many duties in the pedagogical field.
After the atheists came to power in 1919, the Resurrection Church was closed. In 1920, the priest, along with his family, decided to move to Yaroslavl. He was arrested by local communists as a priest, accused of involvement in a counter-revolutionary conspiracy, and executed.
