The body of the priest was transferred to the Church of the Sorrowful, where funeral services were held, led by Metropolitan Veniamin. He was buried at the Tikhvin Cemetery of the Alexander Nevsky Lavra. His martyr's death became a lesson for all who strive to live according to Christ.
