Saint Peter was born on June 28, 1869, in the Blagoveshchensk factory of the Ufa district of the Ufa province. In 1888, he graduated from the Blagoveshchensk Teacher's Seminary and became a law teacher and music teacher at the Sepychiv Zemstvo School. In 1900, he was ordained as a deacon, and in 1906 – as a priest. He served in various churches, including the St. Stephen-Sergei Church and the Church of Saints Apostles Peter and Paul. In 1914, he became a member of the deanery council. Priest Peter was shot by godless Bolsheviks in February 1919 at the Vereshchagino station in the Perm province.
