Father Peter Reshetnikov was a priest of the church in the village of Ershi, Osinsky district of Perm province. On September 11, 1918, after brutal torture and humiliation, the priest was shot by Red Army soldiers. At the Jubilee Archierarchical Council of the Russian Orthodox Church, the holy martyr Peter was glorified in the ranks of saints.
