Mikhail Ivanovich Viktorov was born in 1871 in the village of Boloshnevo, Ryazan district of Ryazan province. He received his education at the Ryazan Theological Seminary and was ordained to the church of the village of Boloshnevo, where he became the rector. He served until his arrest on January 17, 1930, and was sentenced to 3 years in labor camps in the Northern region. He was sent to the Solovetsky camp, where he died on April 11, 1933, while seeking information about his release.
