Saint Constantine was born on October 15, 1872, in the town of Mozhaysk. He graduated from the Bethany Theological Seminary. He married Alexandra Petrovna and together they had four children.
He devoted himself to the service of the Church, showing particular pastoral care for the rural population. In 1923, he was arrested because of his ecclesiastical activities and sentenced to two years of exile. After returning, he began serving at the Church of the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos in the village of Alexino.
On May 9, 1930, he was arrested again on charges of anti-Soviet activity. During the interrogations, he refused to admit guilt, insisting that the accusations against him were false. On September 25, 1930, he was sentenced to three years of exile in Kazakhstan. Upon completing his sentence, he returned to Mozhaysk and was appointed to serve at the Church of the Prophet Elijah.
On December 5, 1937, he was arrested for a third time. Four days later, on December 9, a three-member NKVD tribunal sentenced him to death. Father Constantine Nekrasov was executed on December 15, 1937, and was buried in an unmarked grave.
