Constantin Vasilievich Cherepanov was born in the Yekaterinburg district of the Perm province in 1878. He received his education at the Perm Theological Seminary. He was ordained a priest to the Semipalatinsk Resurrection Cathedral. Father Constantin was arrested on August 28, 1937, on charges of being a "member of a counter-revolutionary espionage organization of clergymen." He was involved in a collective case along with Protopresbyter Nestor Panin, Protopresbyter Feodor Chichkanov, and Priest Viktor Klimov. Together with these holy martyrs, Father Constantin was sentenced to the highest measure of punishment and shot at 2 o'clock in the night of November 22.
