Father Ivan Nikolaevich Mironsky was born in 1877 in the village of Russkie Yurtkuli, Samara province. In 1929, he was arrested for the first time but was soon released. The second arrest occurred on April 6, 1936, when he was working as a carpenter and had a family with three sons. Accused of belonging to a counter-revolutionary group, he was sentenced to 5 years of exile in Kazakhstan, where he worked as a gardener in the village of Orlovka, Chayano district. On December 20, 1937, Father Ivan was arrested in exile along with monk Viktor Matveyev and priest Vladimir Preobrazhensky. They were charged with forming a counter-revolutionary organization of clergy. During the interrogation, Father Ivan denied the accusations, claiming that he only conducted readings of the Gospel during prayers. On December 30, 1937, he was sentenced to the highest measure of punishment and executed on December 31, 1937. The burial place of the holy martyrs is unknown.
