Father Arkadios Dobronravov was born in 1868 in the province of Kazan, into the family of the deacon Pavel Dobronravov. In 1889, he graduated from the Theological School of Kazan and was ordained as a priest in the village of Pitschkasi. In 1893, he received the blessing of the Holy Synod to establish a new church. In 1894, he was awarded for his pastoral service. In 1896, at his own request, he was transferred to the Church of Kazan in the town of Tsivilsk.
