Saint Andrew Iosifovich Dalnikov was a priest in the Semirechye region, serving in the city of Turgene and the village of Nadezhdinskaya. In September 1920, he was arrested and accused of 'counter-revolutionary activities,' after which he was sentenced to imprisonment in a concentration camp. The priest perished in the Pishpek camp in 1920. In the investigative case, there is a note dated April 13, 1921, about the deportation of his family with the confiscation of property.
