Saint Alexandra (Kasparova) was born in 1882. On February 18, 1942, at the age of 60, she suffered at the hands of the anti-God authorities, having been granted the martyr's crown. She was canonized by the decision of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on December 26, 2006.
