Deacon Alexander Ipatov served at the Church of the Savior in the city of Solikamsk. He was executed by Red Army soldiers during the mass persecutions in the Perm region on September 21, 1918. He was officially recognized as a saint by the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church in 2000.
