Credit Card Payments
In order to choose this method of payment you need to select "pay by credit card" on the reservation page and follow the instructions of the system. The cards of the following payment systems are accepted for transactions:
Cash Payments
In order to choose the cash payment method, you need to select the appropriate option on the order payment page. When ordering goods, the payment is made to the courier directly at the time of delivery. In such cases, an additional fee may be charged, the amount of which depends on the delivery region and is specified when placing the order on the site. In case of ordering a service, cash payment is made immediately before the order is executed.
Note: this payment method is unavailable for some categories of goods/services.
Partial Prepayment
For some categories of services partial prepayment by credit card is possible. In order to choose this payment method, you need to select an appropriate option on the order payment page. The prepayment amount is usually 30%. The rest of the amount is paid immediately before the execution of the order by one of the above-mentioned methods.
Money Refund
In the case of a credit card payment, the money is returned to the card from which the payment was made. Money refund period is 14 working days. You can read more about the terms and procedure of refund in the Public Offer Agreement.
Note that payments made by any of the methods listed above are made in euros. In cases of payment by credit card the issuer of the card may charge an additional fee for processing the transaction or currency conversion.
